The perfect addition to a master bedroom or guest bedroom, the Colette Performance Velvet King Platform Bed is rich in glam deco style and elegant elements. Bringing luxe intrigue to the bedroom, the velvet headboard of this king size bed features classic nailhead trim, channel tufting, and a unique silhouette. The upholstered bed is covered in soft, stain-resistant performance velvet with dense foam on the headboard to offer a supportive comfort while sitting up in bed reading, relaxing, or watching TV. Eliminating the need for a box spring, the MDF frame of this king bed is complete with a wood slat support system crafted with poplar for lasting durability and support. This slatted bed frame rests on wood legs with gold sleeves and non-marking foot caps and includes a reinforced center beam with two support legs for enhanced stability making it a sturdy mattress foundation for memory foam, innerspring, latex, and hybrid mattresses.
