5. Not applicable to orders which are shipped to Freight Forwarders in FL for international shipments.

6. To claim the refund please place the order on Modish Store and send an email to customer_support@modishstore.com with the subject matter "Let's Rebuild Offer". We will refund you the rebate of 10%, taxes and shipping cost into your CC account, Paypal or Amazon pay; whichever method used by you to make payments. 

7. Modish Store will verify if your purchase is eligible for the "Let's Rebuild Offer" as per the terms and conditions of the offer. The decision of Modish Store on the claim is final.
