The traditions behind these lovely colorful weavings come from indigenous cultures in Mexico and throughout the Americas, where they were originally created to mark a celebration - especially a birth or the blessing of a home. These arewoven from jute and cotton twine on wrapped wood posts. Small ornaments sold as a set of six, two of each design. Large ornaments are sold as a set of four, two of each design.
