A safe acrylic mirror is permanently mounted into the head end. The foot is clear acrylic. It comes complete with 3" thick, vinyl-covered foam mattress and four locking casters. Picture shows crib with evacation brace which is sold separately (WB9580 Evac Castor Set). Bottom can be adjusted to 3 different levels. Solid maple construction. Ships ready to assemble.
